– Shipping Guide –


We can ship your orders in standard repack cartons

(24 x 20 x 11 inches).

We ship all goods in the original manufacturers shipping cartons, unless you prefer us to repack them into larger boxes to save you money.  We can make sure your orders perfectly fit into our standard shipping cartons for the various shipping systems we may use, and for simple pallet storage.  If you prefer repack cartons, please mention this in your order comments.

How Fast Do You Ship?

We process your order 1 business day following cleared payment.

If the products you order are in stock we will ship within 24 hours, if we need to order the goods for you it could take a few days, we will keep you posted.

Shipping

We use various carriers and 3 different service options.

  • AIR EXPRESS
    Pick this option if you are ordering samples or if you need fast delivery in 2-4 days.  Air Express shipping is for full cartons only, currently we can only offer automatic shipping calculators for USA delivery addresses.  We can deliver to any US address including Amazon FBA centers.

  • AIR FREIGHT
    Pick this option for the most economical Air Freight services, delivery is available Worldwide and takes between 5-10 business days.  Freight is mostly used for pallet shipments (48×40 standard US pallets, maximum height 63″ including the pallet itself) however is also used for oversized or dangerous goods such as Lithium Ion batteries.  We can deliver to any address in the World including Amazon FBA centers.

  • OCEAN CONTAINER
    Pick this option for the most cost effective way of getting your goods to Amazon.  20′ Container and 40′ High Cube Container are the 2 standard options we offer, and our shipping calculator deliberately over-prices these options so we can refund you at the end of your shipping cycle.  These fees are fully inclusive of local handling, actual shipping, local fees at destination, and onward delivery to Amazon or any other address. If there is an adjustment this will be given as a refund to you, if the fee is lower than expected we will inform you of the change fee and adjust accordingly.

    If you are ordering more than one product and want to mix your container, that is OK, we will take care of that for you.

    If your order is more complex (for example you are ordering from several suppliers including us) you are free to arrange your own shipping.
